The Wedding Package includes seven food items, three tier round Wedding Cake (chocolate, vanilla or marble flavor; buttercream icing), wait staff, china, flatware, cocktail napkins, mirrors/silver platters for display of cold items, chafing dishes, 16 round white tablecloths with white overlays for inside seating; linen/skirting for food, guest book/gift and cake table, set-up, clean-up and service during your Reception on all items provided by Catering To You. Food table is open for up to 2 ½ hours for hors d'oeuvres and 1½ hours for sit down meals.
THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE IN ADDITION TO THE PACKAGE PRICE CHARGED BY CEDAR PLANTATION:
BAR SERVICE: Alcohol provided by the host/hostess. Bartender charges of $125.00 apply per 100 guests; you will need two bartenders for any number over 100. Guests UNDER the age of 30 should be prepared to show a PHOTO ID.

MARTINI GLASSES:
No extra charge for martini glasses, but they must be requested during your meeting with the catering director.

CHAMPAGNE GLASSES:
Rental is 60¢ per glass. Champagne toast recommended only for groups of 50 or less.

SOFT DRINK STATION
-$4.50 per person (Plasticware), $6.50 per person (Glassware) includes Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, orange juice,
cranberry juice and grapefruit juice. Soft drink attendant $125.00 per 100 guests; you will need two attendants for any number over 100.
One time charge for entire reception. Coffee is $75.00 for each 40 cups, punch ($20.00 per gallon) and iced tea is $60.00 for 60 glasses.

ADDITIONAL FOOD
: $5.00 per person/per selection. If your Reception is near mealtime, we suggest that you order an extra item. Ask us about pasta, seafood, wok or carving stations. No outside food may be brought into Cedar Plantation. Children five and older should be included in your final guarantee for the number of guests (be sure to include wedding party, officiant, parents, musicians, and other service providers that are not included in the wedding package). Guarantee is due by 9:00 a.m. five days before event and is not subject to reduction once the guarantee is given. Please, also let us know how many children under five years will be present.
OUTSIDE SEATING TABLE CLOTH RENTAL: Rental for linen is $7.00 per wrought iron table. Round tablecloths are $15.00 each, rectangular tablecloths are $10.00 each, add $1.00 per table or chair if setup and breakdown or repositioning required, indoors or outdoors.
WEDDING AND GROOM’S CAKES: If you choose to bring in your own Wedding or groom’s cake, there will be a charge for tablecloth/skirting, plates/forks and cutting fee (approximately $2.00 per person). Caterer does not place ornaments or fresh flowers on the cake. We offer most flavors, fillings, shapes and decorations for groom's cakes. Call for quote, price dependant upon selection.
CHAIRS Sweetheart table (if desired), nine tables (seats 8 each), four smaller round tables (seats 5 each), three “high tops” are included in the package. An additional fee of $1.00 per chair will be added for placement and removal for wedding ceremony. This fee applies to rental chairs, as well, in addition to rental, delivery and pickup charges from the rental company. There are 185 chairs available for outside
ceremonies; inside ceremony seating will vary depending upon choice of site.
CLEANUP: Bubbles, paper streamers (serpentine) or rolls of crepe paper are cheerfully cleaned up at no charge. Birdseed, rice, confetti, flower petals, metallic streamers, paper bits/strips and sparklers are not allowed on the premises. Minimal number of rose petals may be used by flower girls for throwing prior to the ceremony and a minimal number used on the seating tables.
OVERTIME: If overtime is desired, charge of $100.00 each per hour for catering staff and $100.00 for Cedar Plantation, payable when overtime is requested. One hour maximum overtime, if available. Other vendors may also have overtime charges.
TABLE CENTERPIECES: Hurricane globes with mirror tiles and white taper candles for evening or footed bowls with floating flowers (in your choice of colors) for daytime are available for rental at $15.00 per set.
SALES TAX: Appropriate sales tax will be added to items ordered (labor excluded) that are not included in the Wedding Package.

Due to liability, we regret that leftover food cannot be taken from the premises. We encourage you and your guests to enjoy as much food as you’d like during the Reception. Exceptions are the Wedding Cake, Groom’s Cake and “to go” plates that we prepare for the Bride & Groom.
We regularly donate leftover food to the Homeless Shelters.
